Fred has teamed up with woodwind legend Ackerman and premier bassist Crane to record and perform modern jazz/fusion tunes written by Fred and Bob. Their first CD, 'Circling', will be released September 15, 2008.

Inquest
Although the West-Coast-based Inquest is currently on hiatus while Fred is on the East Coast, sales of their first cd "Processional" are coming along, and two very favorable reviews have been published.
Taylor-Ackerman Quartet
Fred's first East Coast recording project features Bob Ackerman, Rick Crane, and Inquest guitarist Gary Rollins on originals by Bob and Gary. Scheduled for release late 2008.
